About The ClubThe Moraine Sailing Club (MSC) is a volunteer club dedicated to promoting sailing and sailboat racing in Western Pennsylvania. The club is based at 3,225-acre Lake Arthur (located in Moraine State Park in Butler County, Western PA). From Pittsburgh (I-79 North), take a left on PA-488 (Portersville exit), then right on US 19, and right on West Park Road. Follow North Shore Drive to Watts Bay. For information on detours and construction visit the Penn Dot website. Click on either Current Projects or Future Projects and Butler County. The MSC also runs a Community Sailing Program (CSP) that allows members to share and maintain a pool of community-owned boats. The club includes members of all ages, experience, and backgrounds. It is never too late to learn to sail! Racing at Lake Arthur
