Join the Club

Joining the Moraine Sailing Club is easy! We have members of all ages, experience, and backgrounds. It is never too late to learn to sail!

First, choose what type of membership best suits you from the table below. All memberships include immediate family residing in the same household.

Basic	Access to all social events Able to participate in educational courses, club activities, and trips Listing in the Membership Directory Subscription to club newsletter Eligible for crew trophies	$35.00
Racing	All benefits of Social Membership plus: Registration of one skipper to participate in Flying Scot or Open Class racing series Eligible for trophies and activities on club racing days	$100.00
Community Sailing	All benefits of Social Membership plus: Priority access to club maintained Flying Scots, Sunfish, and Optimists (including instruction and qualification) Access to all racing series races, trophies, and activities. For important additional information, see Community Sailing. New members: You should join as a Basic member and indicate that you are interested in Community Sailing on your application. You can upgrade your membership to Community Sailing upon being qualified to use the boats.	$225.00
Student	Individual membership for students, aged 18-22, enrolled full time in an accredited institution of higher learning. Includes registration for one skipper for all races and race activities	$15.00

Once you have decided which membership type is right for you, simply do the following:

Download Adobe Acrobat Reader and install it if you do not already have it on your computer
Download the Membership Application (opens in a new browser window)
Print out the application and fill it out with a pen
Send it and a check for your dues to the address listed at the end of the application
